I found this on Hacker News. She says it so much better than I can. It’s what I want to say. Just watch it, please.

    Dear Chris – this is a beautifully touching video. I must, however, quibble with your claim that the video says things so much better than you – your positivity and openness is every bit as inspiring as Gabrielle’s video.
    We do hope your recent sickness will soon be under control, and that you’re finding something palatable in the recipe books.

    I’m certainly managing to eat, thank you, and last night’s meal did come from one of the new cookbooks.

    I don’t know whether to laugh or cry. First I was in stitches reading about the snorchestra and then this. It’s a good job I wasn’t there for the kleine (grosse) nachtmusik – my style is to stop breathing occasionally (my sleep apnoea) and then wake up with a snort so loud as to suit only the 1812 overture. I now wear a pressure mask at night which spoils the effect but my unplugged performance is still something else.
